Canada House, "Art/Live," 2019

Our artists: Robert Lemay, Donna Jo Massie, Bill Brownridge, Leslie Rowe-Isrealson, Leslie Rowe-Isrealson, Nikol Haskova, Nicola Prinsen, Michael Cameron and others  are polishing off their recent collections for our ART/LIVE event.

Robert Lemay is one of those five, this latest collection from Robert Lemay shows his incredible range, his fascinating technique of grid painting comes together to great effect, creating sharpness from abstraction.

Donna Jo Massie spends her summers hiking and exploring, getting inspiration for her art. So we were very surprised to get a new Three Sisters piece from her this week, but glad she had some time in the studio

A rare piece by the incredible Bill Brownridge, we're excited to share this work in bronze with you. Edition 10/15, this sculpture from 1997 is the perfect accompaniment to Bill's much loved paintings of hockey bliss. If you're looking for an exclusive addition to your collection then it's time to move quickly!

Kiln cast glass expert Leslie Rowe-Isrealson is constantly developing her practice, exploring how to get more out of the glass, and create extraordinary detail in this difficult medium.

Canoeing in the Rockies is cleverly formed, the front of the vessel is lower than the back, letting you peer into the landscape formed in the glass.

This collection of tender new works by BC artist Nikol Haskova are calm and endearing. Nikol's heartfelt art is inspired by the untold stories of birds, breezes and fresh blooms.

As always, the unique artistic vision of Nicola Prinsen is at once surreal in concept and wildly impressive in execution. Fetch is extremely charming and has a rich brown patina. Meanwhile, Summer was only around in the gallery for two hours before she was snapped up! Let us know if you're interested in any future editions.

Continuing in his strong signature style, Michael Cameron's strong lux palette depicts Canadian Rockies fauna with a super contemporary flare.
