Soul Gallery is excited to announce the upcoming Solo Exhibition by Bette Woodland: SMOKE OVER WATER
OPENING RECEPTION: Thursday Sept. 15, 6:30 - 9:30 pm
Soul Gallery is OPEN every Saturday from Noon - 4 pm or by appointment during the week.
This Exhibition will feature recent works focusing on her stunning landscapes and florals. Woodland is a celebrated, award winning Manitoba Artist who has been represented and collected across Canada for many years. Woodland enjoys showing in her home town of Winnipeg where she has a faithful following. We are anticipating a full house and a fabulous evening!
Artist Statement
"These paintings are transcriptions of the emotion I feel in the presence of natural beauty. Always it is light that renders objects beautiful, whether the veiled light of smoke or the vibrancy of sunlight. For me there is a long term promise inherent in Nature's beauty.
