Cypress Hills Lan dscapes is an exhibition of 23 pastels on paper that feature images of the Cypress Hills region in Alberta ' southeast corner. It is an area rich in grassland imagery and cultural heritage, with its historic ranches, sweeping panoramas and sheltered river environments. Medicine Hat artist Dean Tatam Reeves works on location, where he directly observes and records the effects of ever-changing qualities of light on the area's varied landscape .
