David Thauberger: Road Trips & Other Diversions

Road Trips is the first major overview of the remarkable, Regina-based artist. Co-curators are Sandra Fraser, Associate Curator, Mendel Art Gallery, and Timothy Long, Head Curator, MacKenzie Art Gallery.

Road Trips brings together some 100 artworks from lenders across Canada, and the retrospective includes a 28-minute documentary film, a dedicated website, and an interpretive iOS app.

Launching at the Mendel, the exhibition will travel to Windsor, Regina, Calgary, and Charlottetown. Organized and circulated by the Mendel Art Gallery, Saskatoon and the MacKenzie Art Gallery, Regina, this project is funded in part by the Museums Assistance Program at Canadian Heritage.
