"GO FIGURE II" - Cloth-a- Dollics of Victoria

The Coast Collective will host an exhibition of work by twenty local artists from the Cloth-a-Dollics club of Victoria. This mixed media show, titled, "Go Figure II", will feature art dolls, wall art, wearable art, and decor pieces devoted to the art of the figure. The human figure is one of the most frequently depicted subjects in art and almost every doll is a representation of the human figure. The most interesting figurative art pieces are those which represent some aspect of the human condition, both real and imaginary.  Figurative art is sometimes therapy, sometimes visionary and always represents the vitality and individualism of the artist.
