The Shadbolt Centre for the Arts is honoured to present a solo exhibition by Kelly Cannell. Kelly is a Coast Salish/Musqueam artist with a deep connection to her environment and culture. She is part of the Point/Cannell family who have reshaped public art in the lower mainland. Her unique and vibrant style has been translated into works of limited edition prints, paintings, carvings, public works such as murals, sculpture and many other mixed media.
As a local artist and a proud member of the Musqueam Nation, her creations are deeply rooted in a profound connection to her environment and heritage.
