Streets and Still Lifes, paintings by Laura Pope. Laura’s show opens on Saturday September 6th from 2-5pm and will continue on to September 30th.
Laura’s paintings work with photographs of windows and their reflections, masterfully painted, building on design, space and reflection. The work engages the viewer over and over with a creative attention to detail and composition. Laura is a Calgary artist who has worked in this city as a painter, photographer and graphic designer for over thirty years. She received a post diploma BFA from The Alberta College of Art & Design.
