Marco Muller is a member of the Mathias Colomb Cree Nation (Pukatawagan, Treaty 6) born in Winnipeg, MB, but grew up in Regina, SK. Since moving back home to Winnipeg in the summer of 2015, Marco began a four-year Bachelor of Fine Arts Honours degree at the University of Manitoba School of Art. He is currently completing his third year. A variety of mediums interest Marco, including print media, painting, and both digital and Film photography. His work is heavily influenced by Indigenous activism and the numerous socio-political problems faced by Indigenous communities. Marco is currently working for Plug-In Institute of Contemporary Art for the summer, he also is an Art Instructor employed with Graffiti Art Programming. Additional inspiration comes from a high school love for Graffiti, and murals.
