Woodlands Gallery presents, Mix Tape, featuring guest artists Lori Ferguson and Lawren Rich as well as new work from several Gallery Artists. Mix Tape is a compilation of some of our favourite things, treasured memories, and a fresh look at everyday objects.

Winnipeg-based artist, Lori Ferguson, has spent a lifetime creating art in various forms and mediums. Focusing solely on oil paint in her later and professional career as an artist has provided opportunity to reach for excellence, as well as to express the energy and motion she values in her work. Her paintings are modern impressionistic art pieces full of characteristic brush strokes and colour.

Also based in Winnipeg, Lawren Rich (he/they), has been painting professionally for over 30 years. Their original studies began in graphic design in the ’80s, shifting from large scale mural work to fine art on canvas over the years. Their unique vision and experiences are reflected in works that address their passions for rural, animal, and cityscape themes to the conceptually abstracted themes they currently enjoy exploring.
