shift Artwork by Artists for Kids Academy students

This exhibition features work by students enrolled in the Artists for Kids Studio Art Academy. Academy students develop peak-performance skills and attitudes as well as in-depth exploration of drawing and painting, printmaking and sculpture.

The Academy offers classes to a select group of students who excel in high school art courses and challenges them with post-secondary level material and experiences. Students discover communication through visual imagery and are encouraged to pursue a career and lifestyle in fine arts. This collaborative exhibition introduces the students to the rewards and challenges of exhibiting their artwork.
