Stephen Hutchings - artist receptions

Canada House Gallery is thrilled to welcome established painter Stephen Hutchings. Having lived in Banff for over 28 years, and since 2008 located in Ottawa, it is an honour to welcome Hutchings back to Banff and to the gallery. This reception is in coordination with his exhibition opening of "Fury" at the Whyte Museum of the Rockies. This exhibition was featured previously at the Canadian Museum of Nature in Ottawa in 2012. Hutchings' work is comprised of large scale fully rendered charcoal drawings augmented with oil on canvas.
