CELEBRATE CRAFT

Celebrate Craft! The name says it all – this group show marks the 40th anniversary of the Craft Council of British Columbia, which supports the work of the province’s crafts people.  A highlight is Vancouver artist Barbara Heller’s Future Reliquary series, which incorporates computer chips into weavings that reflect on technology as religion.

Sept. 7 to Nov. 9 at the Maple Ridge Gallery.
