Vancouver-based artist Jeff Mair combines elements of painting, installation and sculpture in his exhibition, Utopian Dystopia, which explores themes of control and information management. Mair’s minimalistic survey of seemingly familiar materials, such as shredded documents and terracotta plant pots, are not as straightforward as they appear.
