Alberta Craft Council Appoints Interim Executive Director

The Alberta Craft Council's board of directors has announced that Jenna Stanton has been appointed as interim executive director.

Stanton brings experience in arts leadership and is a thoughtful and inclusive leader, it said. 

Stanton graduated from the ceramics program at the Alberta College of Art and Design in 2003, and studied for a Master's degree in ceramic design in Stoke On Trent in Britain. She has worked as Medalta’s curator of exhibitions and collections and has served on the craft council's board of directors.

"I am always proud to be a part of this organization," Stanton said. "The artists, staff and board are a creative, dedicated team."
