Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Set to Reopen June 8

The Art Gallery of Nova Scotia in Halifax will reopen on June 8 with two new exhibitions: Mitchell Wiebe: VampSites and Denyse Thomasos: just beyond.
There will be curators’ tours of the shows at 1 pm that day.
The gallery closed Feb. 1, 2024 for maintenance that included replacing the fire suppression system in its south building. The system needed to be replaced for both public safety and the safety of the gallery’s permanent collection.
