Bill Reid Gallery Welcomes New Director and CEO

Allison Andrachuk

Allison Andrachuk is the new director and CEO of Vancouver's Bill Reid Gallery of Northwest Coast Art.

Andrachuk brings more than 14 years of involvement in non-profit organizations, as well as 10 years in the cultural sector.

She was formerly the director of Tides Canada Initiatives, where she was responsible for  overseeing various Indigenous, environmental and social programs across Canada. Before that, she was the manager of operations and public programs at the Contemporary Art Gallery in Vancouver.

Under Andrachuk’s direction, the gallery will expand its exhibitions, education and public programs, and strengthen relationships with Indigenous communities, particularly the Squamish, Musqueam, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.
