Margaret Chrumka Joins Art Gallery of Greater Victoria
Margaret Chrumka has has been named the new Director of Visitor Experience and Programs at the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria.
She will begin her new role on Jan. 13, 2025.
“Working in the arts for the last couple of decades, I've always been impressed with the exhibitions and opportunities for artists that the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria has offered. The gallery and community are also so fortunate to have such a significant collection of artwork to share, allow for research, and interpret,” said Chrumka in a news release.
“For me, the work of artists has opened opportunities to grapple with tough issues, feel joy, consider my perspective and heighten my appreciation. I look forward to sharing this commitment with the AGGV community and beyond.”
