Dear members of the arts community,
I'm delighted to share that since I last wrote to you, our team successfully opened the portal to receive your grant applications as planned on June 5th. To date, we have received over 5,000 applications from you.
Thank you again to those who shared feedback with us, or even in some cases, created resources to help the community. Your insights and input help us improve the portal.
I would also like to highlight all our staff’s hard work in answering questions, helping artists and arts organizations, and gathering suggestions for improvement in a constant effort to better serve the community.
Resources to support you
The aim of the portal is to simplify the application process and help you better navigate our new grant programs, and we intend to develop new tools in the coming weeks to help you make use of this new platform.
Until then, we've just launched a new virtual assistance channel @CCA_CACassist on Twitter to answer your technical questions, and continue to make regular updates to the FAQ. Of course, our program officers remain available to guide you.
Finally, I would like to wish you all a wonderful summer that will hopefully include reveling in our thriving arts and culture scene.
