2019 Summer Institute: Session I (Trackings and Trappings: Anju Singh, Justine A. Chambers, and Natalie Purschwitz) (July 8 to 19, 2019) Session II (Indigenous Architectures: Joar Nango). (August 6 to 16, 2019)
The Plug In Institute of Contemporary Art is accepting applications for two iterations of its Summer Institute, an international post-graduate research program for professional artists and thinkers in all disciplines and media.
The first session, Trackings and Trappings, from July 8 to July 19, will be led by sound artist Anju Singh, dance artist Justine A. Chambers and visual artist and designer Natalie Purschwitz.
For the second session, Norwegian-Sámi artist/architect, Joar Nango, will lead an intensive session focused on Indigenous architectures from Aug. 6 to Aug. 16.
The deadline for applications is March 25.
