The Bugera Matheson Gallery and the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts (RCA) are excited to present an exhibition featuring the RCA’s 2014 New Inductees from May 15 – 21, 2014. This year, five of the ten Inductees included in the exhibition are from Alberta.
Open to the public, this exhibition will present works by New Inductees; Diane Bisson, QC, Marc Boutin, AB, Karen Cantine, AB, Donna Clare, AB, Cora Cluett, ON, Gene Dub, AB, Clay Ellis, AB, Louie Palu, ON, Claude Provencher, QC and Russell Yuristy, ON.
The Royal Canadian Academy of Arts is celebrating its 134th year. The RCA is Canada’s national organization of the arts. It is composed of over 800 members who were elected by their peers, from a broad diversity of disciplines, including painting, sculpture, architecture, photography, printmaking, graphic design, ceramics and interior design.
Every year the RCA organizes its Annual General Assembly in one of Canada’s cities, and this year it’s in Edmonton.
