Commercial galleries across Saskatchewan will celebrate the fourth annual Saskatchewan Art Gallery Day on June 1.
That day, participating member galleries will host special events including opening receptions, pop-ups, artist talks, live demonstrations and more.
Last year, more than 800 people took part in events at 16 galleries across the province. Participating galleries in 2023 included The GALLERY / art placement inc.; Dervilia art + design; Dandelion Art Framing & Gallery; Saskatchewan Craft Council; Black Spruce Gallery; The Hand Wave Gallery; On the Avenue Art Gallery; Little Manitou Art Gallery; Assiniboia Gallery; Nouveau Gallery; Slate Fine Art Gallery; Traditions Hand Craft Gallery; Cara’s Gallery; Yvette Moore Gallery; Hansen Ross House; and Grasslands Gallery.
