The Vancouver Biennale is holding a free virtual art and technology expo, #ArtProject2020, that considers how new technologies are influencing the art world.
The expo, from Nov. 11 to Nov. 15, features more than 80 international speakers and 40 events with accessible information and educational resources for digital art.
Trilingual programming in English, Spanish and Chinese is available.
The expo, curated by New York-based Colombian artist Jessica Angel, runs in conjunction with the biennale’s first exhibition of tokenized art, which is powered by blockchain technology, with new works by Jessica Angel, Dina Goldstein, Diana Thorneycroft and Kristin McIver.
