As Museum Director, working closely with the Whyte Foundation’s Chief Executive Officer, Varga will provide strategic direction and curatorial direction to the Museum’s staff and advice to the Whyte Foundation ’s board of directors.
Board President, Tristan White Jones shared, “The Whyte Museum is a unique organization which is seeking to move forward in rapidly changing times. Vincent possesses the ability to ensure the continued relevance, growth, sustainability and accessibility of the Museum’s collections within the community.”
Varga has over 30 years of leadership, management and curatorial experience within regional, national and international contexts in the not-for-profit public arts and culture sector.
