Winners of Calgary's Winter City Design Competition Announced
The City of Calgary has chosen two winners in its annual Winter City Design Competition, providing $15,000 to construct each temporary outdoor art installation.
The works, on display from Feb. 1 to Feb. 26, aim to push "beyond the boundaries" of what public spaces can be during the winter, the city said.
